COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mannesmann Rexroth R90078553 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matsui products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metropolitan-Lighting parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsui such as the MCIII15L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7655705 manufactured by Metropolitan-Lighting and we are pleased to be able to service most Metropolitan-Lighting systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7314280C01 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metal-Work Brand 2120320010CN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mei-Motion-Engineering such as T008 equipment made by Mei-Motion-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mei-Motion-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mei-Motion-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT986C1000V1 made by Maury-Microwave as well as the popular N950386 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBLT2540PU by Mercoid and T008 spares by Mei-Motion-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 86A3R000000015PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Measurement. |
